Do Not Send Your Kid Here! I would not recommend this daycare. The teachers are standoffish and unwelcoming, and my child genuinely dislikes going there, which should be a huge red flag for any parent. Communication is very poor—I’m often left in the dark about what’s going on with my child during the day. The most concerning part is the director, Nica ,who yells at the children and is extremely rude to me and other parents. My child says Nica is always yelling at them and I’ve seen it when I’ve come to pick up. When I brought this to her attention she said “ This is group care if you want more personal care you can get a nanny “ This is not a warm, safe, or respectful environment for kids. I regret enrolling my child here and have pulled my child as have many other parents!
This childcare seemed convenient being that they are next door to the preschool. And the flexible schedule was very attractive. However, the times that I needed to interact with the director of the day care she seemed overwhelmed and rude. We were not very frequent users of this childcare so when I needed to resolve some issues they were not very helpful. I tried to talk to childcare director and the owner with no success.
My experience with creekside has been amazing start to finish! The entire staff makes my daughter feel loved and comfortable and they’re always understanding when you need it. I always found Nica easy to talk to and the growth my daughter has shown as far as communication skills since starting creekside is incredible. I Couldnt say one negative thing about creekside!!
We've had at least one of our kids at Creekside for the past six years. They are the best! We love the flexibility and staff are always friendly and caring. Our kids love the teachers and talk about them constantly. They provide engaging and stimulating care that keeps our kids interested and always looking forward to Creekside. We are so happy we found Creekside six years ago after trying multiple other facilities. Without a doubt we recommend Creekside and their staff to anyone.
Creekside is a great place for kids! The staff is very caring and attentive, they take time to know each child individually and balance educational and play time. It’s also great for parents/families, flexible schedules and pay for the time you use with very reasonable rates. They have also been very conscientious during the pandemic, making sure everyones health and safety is a priority. We’ve had a wonderful experience during our 2 years there.
