When they first opened the care was great. However one their numbers increased, feedings/documentation of feedings slipped through the cracks. My infant who was exclusively on breast milk should have been fed every 2ish hours nap times taken into consideration, not twice over a 7-8 hour period. The fact that this happened twice in 2 months was unacceptable. The 2nd time the owner did not seem to care or provided any sort of follow up or solution.
They don't pay attention to food allergies even with a drs note. If your child is potty training, good luck! They only get placed on the potty every 3 hours. Do yourself a favor and take your child to a place far away from here.
