This place was a little odd. I dropped my kids off one day and they had an entire photo studio set up. I asked them what it was for and the lady said "uh-uh uh-uh it's for portaits... we do portraits of the kids... everyday... that's the tickets! We like to take pics of the kids." Well, dressing up my kids everyday for portraits became a little too much so I had stop bringing them there.
Starting with the positives, I really liked the director here and the one time I met the owner she seemed nice. I liked how organized the school was with different play stations each day. What I didn't like was how unstructured it was. My son did not do well. When I picked him up there were kids running around everywhere and it always seemed a bit chaotic. For him, he did not do well well in that environment. He started showing signs of anxiety and having severe emotional outbursts. I also never got incident reports and there were multiple times when my son would get hit or kicked (even to the point of bruising) and I never heard about it. Maybe for a more laid back child the environment is fine.
My daughter regressed so much after attending this place for about 3months. She was potty trained, all of a sudden she started having more than 3accidents per day and she was an emotional wreck, like she was so depressed and turned into this quiet sad little girl even when home. I hated the sign she was showing and I was afraid she’d have anxiety or some form of depression. Could have been the kids around since it was always a running zoo anytime I stopped by. Plus she later told me she was always yelled at and some time pushed around and the teacher wouldn’t do anything.
People who had their kids in this daycare (especially the one who wrote about photographic equipment and pictures being taken of the kids) and the ones who noticed negative changes in their kids while going there should get in touch with the police and a good lawyer for a possible class action suit! That woman is not going to have a good time in prison, that’s for sure!
If your kids attended here and have had behavioral issues or anything else that causes concern please have them see their pediatricians asap. Anything out of ordinary should be reported to the detectives assigned to the case or local law enforcement. A similar situation happened at my son's daycare and us parents had to be their voice. Prayers to those involved and hurting because of this 💜
