My son went to Creative minds when he was a toddler and they were wonderful. Clean and kept parents informed. One thing is Mr.Hill wants co pays ON TIME and hold no bars. lol.
Heard a few good things about this daycare Until I witness and experienced it for myself My son attended this facility for a month and for a month straight it was nothing but negative remarks from the staff about his behavior behavior that was normal for a two year old tantrums hitting using bad words things that fully trained teachers should’ve been able to deal with they never gave me a behavior plan they used for him like what solutions were used to calm him down nothing at all I also explained to them that he could be having issues due to the fact he went from 1 daycare to the next very unprofessional all the way around the board it came down to the owner suspending him from the daycare which was illegal to her explaining to me that he couldn’t return until her was evaluated my 2 year old son was evaluated by child link early intervention as well as Erwin and he didn’t qualify for either 1 of there services because wasn’t a damn thing wrong with him but the behaviors of a child suffering from terrible 2’s when y’all put your kids in these daycares make sure these teachers are fully qualified to interact with toddlers or any children for that matter they gave no assessments on my son I asked them for documentation stating my son was kicked out of school and the reasons being for my job and me being out of work ms Tanya took over a week to provide me with that info and it wasn’t even what I asked for it was photo coopied hand writing complaint about my son from a notebook unprofessional nothing with a letterhead or anything
Awesome daycare!! Friendly staff , kid friendly atmosphere and very clean facility.
