If I could give this facility a zero I would. I would like to start with my son started in January of 2025 I heard great things of creating learning center and I was excited for my son to start. After his start day I found out they had a new director and essentially she was changing the whole curriculum which was ok with me. Come to find out that is all the director cared about; child safety, care, and support was not even thought of. Here is my reason saying so; first my son came home with an open wound, face covered in filth and a diaper so full it was seeping out with no incident report. They told me they believed another kid scratched him but essentially had no idea and did not want to further investigate. Next I was sitting in my vehicle after I dropped him off one day and watched while they played on the playground and the elderly women who should NOT be taking care of children was blatantly rude to my son then relocated him & secluded him from playing with other children. When I brought that up to the directors they said they are unsure why she did that but she would discuss it with her. Next my son was peeing through during his 45 minute/ hour nap which was not common and when asked about it I was told "he fought the elderly women too much so she didn't change him before nap" WORD FOR WORD from the assistant director I was told it would be handled and that she would essentially be fired DUE TO NEGLECT. She was never fired and I am sure she is still there neglecting toddlers. After that incident I asked for him to be moved to the preschool room which they did things were going alright, but every time I brought up any concern the directors would essentially blame my son. The director and assistant director do not actually care about the children they just wanted to completely change the facility. The toddler teacher is absolutely disgusting and should never be allowed around children EVER. Completely disturbed by the fact this facility is still open. My son has been at his new facility since September with no issues!!
My kids have been going here for over 3 years! We absolutely love it, the teachers really care about each and every child. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Super friendly staff, and a wonderful play area and structure for my daughter.
I wouldnt send my dog there they dont watch your kid they give your kids things to other kids they over charge you its a constant battle everyday
My niece goes there and she loves say school… she always is exited to enter the building and play which the friends there! Super fantastic staff, no complaints as someone who picks her up quite regularly. She always comes home and wants to sing songs that she had learned at school!
