First I would like to start by saying that I personally Have 2 children who attend Creative Korner and my experience since day 1 has been nothing but pleasant. For the community that they serve the do a Great Job With making sure my kids are always engaging in activities and learning new things each day. To see all these disheartening comments about the Owner is very disappointing because she is Always available to help out during hard times with STAFF and with the Families. So to me these negative comments must be coming from old employees and its sad because I know How HARD they are working in this center to provide quality childcare. During our Parent meeting the owner heard our concerns about what needed to be changed or what we thought as parents the center needed and she made those changes.The Center Looks AMAZING with all the new changes the OWNER made. I personally would like to commend the Owner on her choice of the most recent management addition, which is her new Center Director. I look forward to more new things that will be happening with Creative Korner and just know that This Center will always Have my family SUPPORT. To the Staff and Owner Please continue to serve our families with the Quality Childcare and don't worry about what the negative people in this area have to say you cannot please everyone. Remember this one thing ONLY what you DO for Christ Will LAST! This is why you all ARE so BLESSED!. Love Always Ms.Jackson!
Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with any child care learning center. Almost every day I would get calls about my child's diapers being misplaced and be told to bring more. My one year old child was even denied breakfast one morning, which is the most important meal of the day. How do you as a parent or teacher allow a baby to go through out the morning with an empty stomach and expect them to function? It's beyond me , I'll be withdrawing asap.
Extremely unprofessional. Refused my 2 year old breakfast bc she was late by like 4/5minutes. When I picked her up she was always hungry and what to go home. I deeply regret placing my children here if I could take it back I would. No job was worth this experience.
This place is nightmare on elms street and i would NEVER send my child there again ! The staff is unprofessional but that’s because there leaders are. Come and go as they please , leaving other staff with too many kids at a time, dirty, etc! They are money hungry and do the bare minimum. Quiet as it’s kept I don’t even know how this place is still open !
Best DAYCARE on this side of town the Director is doing a AWESOME JOB by what I can see the staff is always busy cleaning and feeding kids I have 3 kids that go here and I have no COMPLAINTS I also meet the owner she was very helpful in answering my QUESTIONS and VERY DIRECT I love this place GREAT DAYCARE!
