My children have been going to the daycare for over 2 years. Throughout this time I had a few issues under different management and over the last year under new management everything has changed tremendously. The director Mrs. Cheri (THE GOAT) I call her has turned this school around beautifully. I love the staff and my kids love the consistency with their teachers. They recently just started a kindergarten program which worked perfectly for my family. I 100% recommend this center.
As a first time mom I was very nervous about my daughter going to daycare. Creative kids was the best option I could've made. All the staff members are attentive, respectful and caring. You can call with a million questions & they never make you feel like a bother. My daughter comes home with a smile everyday with nothing but positive stories about all the great things she has learned. I recommend this learning center 100%
My son has been going there since he was an infant and as time has gone on it keeps getting better and better especially with the arrival of Mrs.Cheri Reid. Her love for the kids shows every time I talk to her! If there is even a small dot on my child, i will receive a call to make sure that i am aware or if i knew. As an essential worker my son has been there the whole time and i never felt concern. Parents and children temps are checked and they walk with your child down the hall.
If I could leave a review with NO stars I would. VERY unprofessional. I should’ve taken heed to the red flags I saw from the beginning, but it was located conveniently for Me, and by the time I was invested it was a little too late.. They originally had a heavy set woman at the desk and her phone and in person demeanor was ghetto. I used to drop my son off and had to say good morning to them first in order to receive one back.. they jipped my payments and nEver issued any credit back towards their mistake, yet claim that I owe them..The last straw was when I picked my son up, his pull up was hella heavy and I had to say smething in order for them to change him.. in Aug. 2022, he had a seizure due to him having a high fever from being with them and I never brought him back. Called months later because I still have yet to receive tax papers and of course the Director was extremely rude and hung up on my face when I asked for her name. Please do not send your children to this place At all. The lack of professionalism is heavy. They let the kids sleep way more than actually doing activities with them. If convenience could have permitted me to remove my child earlier than I did I would have. It was also a sign when other parents there agreed and also stated themselves they were in search of a better childcare center. Save yourselves the headache parents and do not put your children into this center.
My son has been going here since he was 2 and my daughter since she was 4 months. Very great with children. Also any concerns or problems their quick to resolve them immediately. My kids love them I have been with them for 4 years and wouldn’t send my kid anywhere else I’m very comfortable with sending my kids there. Also teaches my kids so many things from colors , numbers and manners. I would recommend them.
