I do not like this daycare because it smells awful and my sister goes there she’s 4 and she always came home and said that the teachers kept putting there hands on her and a week ago when I went to go pick her up she was crying and screaming and we walked out and she said that a teacher twisted her arm and I looked and yup she had bright red marks on her arm but I called and whatever and I asked why was she screaming and they said because they wouldn’t give her, her Blankly and I said, but you want to explain the red marks the lady said oh we don’t put our hands on any of the kids. But today she got kicked out because they said she was out of control and she “tripped a teacher”. which I know is a lie because she’s a four-year-old she can’t trip a full grown adult so we’re in look for a new daycare. We might’ve found one.
First off I would like to debunk some of the past/recent reviews. My son has been attending Creative Kids Daycare for the past 2 years and not once have I ever heard any of the workers curse or be rude to one another or towards the kids either. In all honesty they are all wonderful to work with our young children while we are able to go to work. I couldn't do the job as a daycare employee as it takes a special kind of person and these employees are darn good ones! As for the bologna sandwiches everyday. I know for a fact that is not true as when my son comes home he sometimes has red sauce on his shirt which means he ate some type of spaghetti. I know if you ask them they will tell you the monthly lunch plan and if you know your child doesn't like something on it all you have to do is talk to them. Now about the hand foot and mouth outbreak, What Outbreak? If there was an outbreak I believe my son would have gotten it and he never came home with that. When he first started he had an occasional cold but that makes complete sense to me as little kids don't understand germs and the adults are doing the best they can to keep them washing their hands. They even have hand washing stations that I have seen being used by the Littles when I drop off my kiddo. My son loved it there. He is happy to come to the daycare and enjoys saying good bye to all of the employees and teachers before he leaves. He LOVES their outdoor play area and the toy selection that they have inside. They do their best with potty training help. I'm just happy to see them get my kiddo to sit and try to pee on the potty while he is there as it helps me continue to teach him at home. I'm upset by the other reviews because I know if you communicate what you want for your child to the director or other teachers they will work with you. They care about the well being of my child as for all the children that attend. They know my son by name when he enters the front doors. Not just one teacher but all of them and that means a lot to me to know they love my kid as much as I do. So if you read those other reviews please take mine to heart, they care about the kids and if someone is asked to be dismissed that's because they care about safety. I'm sorry those other moms may not have had a good experience but I really doubt they were being honest. I trust this daycare or I wouldn't be giving them a good review. I would also like to add they are wonderful teachers. My son has learned so much since starting. He can count his numbers, say his ABCs and surprises me with what he has learned everyday. I am so impressed with this daycare!
My kids started at this daycare many years ago and continued to attend this daycare until very recently. From the infant room all the way to the school age room, I have never had a problem. If it wasn’t for the fact that I no longer live in the area, my youngest would be going there as well. Dr. Tina is very helpful and understanding if an issue arises and the staff is full of very committed wonderful people that have been there for years. I would trust them whole heartedly with my children’s well being without a second thought. I have always recommended this daycare and I will continue to do so. 10/10 will definitely recommend!
My son went to Creative Kids from age 2 to 9. I had nothing but good experiences here. The staff were always caring and kind. I had no security or cleanliness issues. My son who is now 13 still asks to stop and visit his former teachers. Especially, Mr. AJ. We try to stop in every 6 months or so to say hi. One particular experience I will be forever grateful for happened on my son's first day of kindergarten. The parents all come to see their kids off for the kiddos first bus ride and it generally gets emotional, especially for moms. All the kids there had either both parents or siblings to send their child off. I'm a single mom and had no one to comfort me like all the other parents. When the bus drove away the tears started rolling! Miss Tania hugged me and said, "He's ok. He's just growing up". In that moment I needed that grounding and she was there for me. It truly is the little things.
My daughter is almost 2y.o and has been attending this daycare since 3 months old. I’m very grateful because they sincerely care for my baby’s wellbeing . My daughter likes daycare and waves goodbye and throw kisses to all daycare teachers when it’s time to leave! Special thanks to Miss Kelly for loving my baby! Miss Peggy, Miss Heidy , Miss Sammy and all the teachers who make parents feel that this place is safe and secure for our little ones.
