Creative Coast Preschool

My child attended this daycare for a total of three days, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Each day, I received a call from the office with complaints about my child’s behavior. As a parent of a child who may be on the autism spectrum, I was hoping for a supportive and understanding environment. As a single mom and a disabled veteran who served this country. Instead, I was surprised by the lack of accommodation and empathy. At one point, the director expressed frustration over having to assist my child personally—something I would expect to be part of their role in a childcare setting. Ultimately, my child was dismissed from the program without any offer of support or services, seemingly due to his neurodivergence. I would not recommend this daycare to families of children with developmental differences, as our experience suggested a lack of inclusivity and appropriate care. Multiple people on the island have told me not to sign my child up here. But I’m here to tell you, don’t. You’ll be disappointed when they call you 6 times a day when they don’t want to help your child. And i was never refunded for the $100 signup fee. So they will take your money and not return it fully.

Great experience so far, a lot of interactive toys/activities and good outdoor area. Plenty of shade. Always has activity papers when we get home to help prepare him for Kindergarten. Staff is polite and no issues with my schedule.

I think this was the worst preschool my daughter has ever been to, the owner was so rude, made me very uncomfortable with her attitude on a daily basis, threatened to call the cops on me because of traffic over her teachers soft ball game. My 2 year old daughter got sick there the teacher showed no sympathy, acted disgusted. Don't recommend, I pulled my baby out with no reasons or call.

Our 4 year old daughter has been going here since she was 18 months old and she LOVES it ! Tina and her staff are the Best ! We wouldn't go any where else .
