Recently withdrew my son due to the staff. Screaming teachers, no structure. Watched a student slap a girl right in the face not to mention that day same child threw my son down and stepped on his neck. School has gone down hill once Kara was no longer the program director. A teacher literally denied my son access to the room they were eating breakfast in she could it at least offered him some. Don’t enroll your child here!
Our daughter has been here from 3 to 15 months. We have loved our experience here. Safety features are excellent. 6am-6pm is a lifesaver for us. The teachers are engaged and interested in our child. Can’t recommend Kid City Beech Grove enough.
We have been with kid city beech grove since they took over and it was such a smooth transition. They updated the centers and have done everything to make it so wonderful for my children! Added locked entrances with a code, and easy check in and check out devices! They are always there when I have concerns & I know my daughter enjoys the summer field trips for schoolagers! Also phenomenal teachers, so glad I had them to help with our potty training process! Some centers/ teachers won't do that! Highly recommend!
This is not the place for your child. My son got jumped and him and the children were taken to the office. My child was trying to tell his side of the story of what happened and she shut him down taking the other kids side that jumped him! Sounds crazy right?!? I cannot make this up. This place is a disaster. I was picking up my kids one time and I had to break up a fight between two little kids because staff was sitting around talking and doing nothing. This place is a battleground and your child will be left to defend themselves.
I am a foster mom to many babies we have been taking our babies before it turned into kid city. The transition was great the updates of check in process security to get in is convenient and secure. Other daycares I have to wait at the door for a long time here we have a access code it is amazing. All my babies have enjoyed the time they are there. They do great on education and trainings with their teachers. Love Annie Martin has moved up to more overall management and Donna has taken over the baby director any concerns she is on top of it with solutions. Love the management and staff.
