Creative Child Care - West

After one year of enrollment, I am providing this review to share my experience as a parent. When my children first began attending this daycare, I had recently given birth to twins, and my two older children had never been in a childcare setting. The transition was very difficult for me, and drop-offs often took a significant amount of time. During this period, I did not receive reassurance or support from staff, which would have been helpful given the circumstances. As time went on, I noticed that staff rarely acknowledged parents during morning drop-off. A simple greeting would have made the environment feel more welcoming. When I raised this concern i was told she was too busy to greet parents in the mornings. A more serious concern involved my newborn child. On one occasion, I was informed at pickup that he had a “small scratch” on the back of his neck. Upon seeing it, the scratch was deep, had caused bleeding, and there was dried blood on his clothing. This incident was not treated with the level of concern I expected. I was told the cameras would be reviewed, but there was no follow-up unless I repeatedly asked. I was eventually told no foul play was observed. Unfortunately, a similar unexplained scratch occurred again, and once more I was told the cameras would be checked, yet I never received any follow-up or explanation. I would like to acknowledge Aurora and Gina for the care they currently provide to my children. Another issue occurred during picture day. Due to religious beliefs, I do not participate in Halloween-related activities. I requested that my children either use a plain background or not participate in photos at all. Despite clearly communicating this to staff, my children were photographed using a Halloween-themed background. When I addressed the issue, I was told it was a miscommunication, despite my instructions being clearly stated. Most recently, I had a conversation with the director regarding the policy for returning after illness. I was given conflicting information, which led to confusion. During this discussion, another staff member was brought into the conversation, but when I attempted to ask a clarifying question, I was told not to speak. The interaction escalated, and I was spoken to in a manner I found unprofessional, in front of staff and another parent. Overall, my experience has been marked by inconsistent communication, lack of follow-through, and unprofessional interactions. For these reasons, I do not feel comfortable recommending this daycare to other families.

Where do I even begin? My son has been at Creative Child Care since he was just 6 months old, and from the very beginning, the experience has been nothing short of incredible. I have watched him grow, learn, and truly thrive in an environment filled with warmth, creativity, and care. The teachers and administration are not just educators—they are extraordinary people who pour love, patience, and dedication into everything they do. They’ve played such an important role in my son’s early development, and for that, I am forever grateful. He genuinely loves going to school every day. He talks about his friends, lights up when he sees his teachers, and comes home excited to share what he's learned. As a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is happy, safe, and supported. Creative Child Care has been a second home for him—and a huge part of our lives. Thank you for everything you do. You are truly making a difference.

I LOVE this center! My daughter gets excited to go to school finally. They have a pet in every room & a service support dog named Buckeye who hangs out weekly. Lately he’s been there daily & if your child is anything like mine that’s the best thing I’ve ever heard of a child center doing. They actually teach the children my daughter comes home with new knowledge daily as well as dances & songs. The curriculum is very well designed & the days are split perfectly between learning & fun for children this age. Not to mention the staff is so kind & genuinely caring! Her first day they told me to call & check on her. Her old center was never as professional & welcoming as them we have loved every second since her first day. It’s also very diverse! 10/10 recommend.

I love the atmosphere in the center. My daughter has been taken care of wonderfully by everyone of her teachers. I have four children Toby and this is one of the best daycares I’ve had a chance to work with !!

I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. My kids look forward to going, my kids always tell me good things about their teachers, and I have been treated so kindly by management/front desk staff/teachers. The facility is beautiful and clean. They were willing to work with me on fee assistance provided by my husband's employer. I highly recommend this place. I'm a tough momma bear to please... and I cannot think of a single complaint.
