Creative Child Care - East

Ok to start off it took me a while to get to writing this review because im taking care of my family and working a new job. My daughter was there for 1 whole week in early may. We left because my older kids went on summer break and offered to watch the baby and we where nervous because she has a milk/dairy allergy and they offered her cheese its. I left my training class for the new job i started and called and spoke with miss tay and she reconfirmed in a dry manner that my daughter cannot have them. She then went and stopped them. Next morning (her last day) the teachers (cant remember who) listed out a bunch of milk/dairy based items to confirm that my daugher cannot have them. Obviously they are milk based so no she cant. The next following weeks we noticed her hair coming out in clumps. And she currently doesn’t have any hair and we found out she has fungus of the scalp. We did not change anything in home or take her anywhere new besides that week in daycare so obviously she had to of gotten it from the daycare. I cant say if it was another child or if it was the daycare center itself. This was our first daycare experience between 3 kids and ABSOLUTELY not sending her to another one. Now i will say there was some good. Her teacher was very sweet to her from what i seen. Every day that i dropped her off i stood in the office for 2-3 minutes because of nerves and they where able to calm her down and she was so sweet to her. And day one she distracted her so i could slip out the door with out being noticed. So i will say thank you for that.

My son is in the toddler class here. His teachers are phenomenal and my son is shown so much care and affection. He’s always engaged in something fun while he learns. The HiMama app is great. I work and hate to have to leave him, but the teachers continuously update the app with messages and pictures throughout the day. Definitely would recommend.10/10

Gone downhill tremendously. My children have attended the last 3 years. This establishment has gotten terrible and continues to get worst. There’s new staff almost every week, they claim staff shortage but it’s more of they cannot retain staff. The atmosphere is not friendly, you say hi/ good morning to teachers and they don’t reply, don’t even acknowledge you when dropping your little one off, a terrible way to even start your day knowing you’re leaving your baby with them for day. My youngest child was in the MAG classroom and have had at-least 8-9 teachers that quit within the last 6 months, all from one classroom. My child has came home with a diaper rash so bad, skin broke and we ended up at the urgent care. The excuse I was given was they had substitutes that day and didn’t know what happened. My child has came home with another child’s jacket, bottles/sippy cups lost countless times. The final straw for me was an activity with all children boys and girls playing in only their diapers on, teachers took pictures and shared on HiMama app that ALL other parents/family had access. I raised the issue to the owner, that I found it inappropriate to take little children’s photo taken with only a diaper on in a daycare setting and shared with others without parent consent. Owner had the nerve to say she doesn’t agree. No respect for parent’s choice and autonomy on what they find unacceptable. Just Horrible!!!

It's been 7 years since my son went there but recently my niece attended this school in 2021. Both kids were un-enrolled due to bullying and poor cleanliness. Bottom line is, if you are paying out of your own pocket for daycare, your money would be well spent somewhere else.

Amazing!! The staff are incredible, and my child loves her school!
