Horrible place, they don’t treat their employees right nor their patients, I’ve seen the reviews, you’ve seen the reviews. They are mismanaged and a pain to families. I highly recommend going somewhere else other than this company. Your parents or grandparents brought you into this loving world and took care of you. Do right by them and take them to a facility that ACTUALLY cares.
I have only been a participant since October 2021. I can't express how grateful, appreciative and thankful for this program I am. The staff is wonderful, caring, supportive they treat you like family. By the grace of God I thank him for guiding me into this program.
Senior Life is a Godsend for me and my husband. Between us, Senior Life takes care of meds, surgeries, therapy, counseling, P.A. visits, dental, eye exams, hearing aids, personal doctor and specialty doctor visits. The activity director plans out her activities and each day is different. Social worker will help with any paperwork to be filled out and investigate any of your needs. Nurses are friendly and I observed my nurse caring tenderly for each patient. Doctor and P.A. are personable, listen, and all needs are addressed promptly. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Cook is friendly and makes good meals. Receptionist is pleasant and first to greet you upon arrival. The process of enrollment in Senior Life is thorough and all questions about program are answered. Staff strive to provide needs and treat each client with respect and dignity. Highly recommend Senior Life Johnstown!
They are sooo wonderful. As soon as walk in the doors, receptionist greets you with a smile. Then someone escorts you to a table to sit and chat. Coffee, juice and breakfast cake.. There are seek and search.Some reads news paper out loud since most of us don't have time before we go to Senior life. The lunches are very good and use can chat while eating. Therapy is offered. They supply any medicine, prepackaged for morning, afternoon and night.. They offer Van service to pick you up at your house and take you back home.. I highly recommend joining..
Dr. Donald Ratchford is my primary doctor through Senior Life. I find him to be very thorough when addressing all concerns and medical needs. He has a smiling personality, easy to communicate with, and isn't in a rush to hurry things along. Highly recommend him. 😄
