Shining Stars is wonderful! The staff is incredibly welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. They have taken such great care of our son over the past 6 months! Communication is a breeze - they provide photos and notifications throughout the day and always take the time to provide an in-person update at pick up. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate diets, feeding schedules, and approaches to solid foods. The classrooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and organized - with plenty of toys for the kids to play and learn. We’ve felt so at home here! I highly recommend Shining Stars if you are looking for a great place for your child to thrive!

Our son started at Shining Stars around 4.5 months old and instantly adjusted to the AMAZING care in the Little Dippers class with Carolyn, and Cosmo Crawlers with Brittany and Genevieve! He’s almost 12 months, and since day 1 has consistently had the biggest grin when we drop him off and pick him up. Lisa is doing a phenomenal job as the head director. I remember when we toured, she was so warm and gracious and remembered even the smallest details about our son. I also love how spacious and clean SSA keeps all the classrooms, and that they have Ayanna, the dedicated kitchen staff member, who can focus on keeping the kiddos fed, while the teachers and directors manage the routines of the school. If you're looking for quality childcare and good people all around, Shining Stars is for you!

My daughter has been attending Shining Stars for a little over a year now, started at 3 months and is now 15 months, and I have been very pleased with the care she receives. It can be very nerve racking leaving your child in someone else’s care but I have felt very reassured with all of her teachers. My daughter receives so much love and care from her teachers, this being echoed daily by her excitement when she walks through the doors. I love that I get to see pictures and receive updates of her day through the Brightwheel app. As a FTM, her teachers have been a great resource to me in many ways—I highly recommend Shining Stars!

We love Shining Stars Academy! My oldest son (now 2) has been going there since he was 3 months old and now our baby is there too! He is always excited to go to school to see his teachers and his friends, and always has a smile on his face! That is so comforting as a mom, knowing that your babies are in good hands and being loved and cared for as if they are their own.

We love SSA. We've toured many preschools and decided on this for various reasons. 1- classroom size and facility. It's spacious and nice! The children have dedicated eating areas and sleeping areas which was important to us. 2. The staff and teachers are considerate and supportive. They listen and do not pushback on small things. Our son has been going to Shining Stars RR since he was 7-8 months old. He has gone through four different classrooms and he is now 2 years old. They are doing a great job, but if we provide any feedback, they listen. It's a rare thing! The staff is friendly and supportive. I remember even when my son was little, all the teachers knew my son's name as they all support each other too when needed. They did not have a vegetarian menu, so for us they even offered to provide our son a substitute for each day he does not eat the particular meat dishes.We feel good entrusting SSA with our son. Shoutout to Ms. Annie and Ms. Jackie who have been very great at their jobs. And Ms. Raquel has brought a lot of good changes.
