This is not a well structured/organized daycare. My husband moved down to Elpaso for work. After some months, we had to move in with him temporarily. He was the one who looked for this daycare before I and my daughter moved down. After about 2 weeks of putting my daughter in this daycare, I started complaining to my husband that I do not like the daycare. 1. They put older kids with little ones. 2. They don't take them out to engage them with any activity outside. In fact, I later found out that their playground they put out there has all damaged tolls for kids to play with. So, when I pointed out all of these, my husband agreed that he saw all of my concerns later on, too, but that since we were there temporarily. 3. I discovered that they don't clean up for my 3 years old when she uses the restroom. I saw some poo stain in her panties. I actually talked to her teacher then but she told me that she usually takes her to the restroom when she just started but later on she will just disappear suddenly to use the restroom by herself. I thought to myself that you guys don't pay attention to the kids. For her to go use the restroom all by herself, and she's just 3 years old. I just talked to her that she should pls monitor her to know when she's leaving, or even if she didn"t see her leaving, she should go check the restroom the moment she realizes that she is missing. So that she can be taken care of properly, and then she can also watch her hand after using the restroom, and I reminded her that she's just 3 yrs old. The next day when I saw her teacher, she told me that she had talk to her coworker about the restroom issue and that they let her know that they can not help them cleanup after using the restroom. Am like, really? But, she's just 3 years old. Lastly, my daughter, who was a picky eater, doesn't like to eat any of the food they provided to her. So, after a while, I decided to give her yogurt for lunch since she liked yogurt. So, when I ask them how does she do with her yogurt. They said she doesn't eat her yogurt as well. I asked them how come that yogurt is one of her favorite. They said to me that they put it in front of her and then tried to encourage her to eat, but she would not still eat. That she's a big girl already and that they can't spoon feed her. my concern was that, so at 3 yr old, u guys believe she's a big girl and can not hold her hands, support her, and make sure that she's not at least starving all day. This was actually their manager "miss Mary," who said this to me. I didn't say anything to her, but I know this is wrong 😕 for you guys to prefer her starving than supporting a 3 yrs to have something in her tummy. After a while, I actually saw that they didn't even bother to take out her yogurt from her lunch box to offer her. One day, I saw her yogurt in her lunch box when I got home, but meanwhile, when I picked her up, I asked her teacher how she did with her lunch. And she said she didn"t really eat it that much and I asked her how long they gave her to eat and she said about 45 min. So, that means she was lying to me by giving me a false report that day when I asked her. So, i stopped giving her yogurt, and I'm just really disappointed 😞. A daycare, should be where toddlers get to develop their potential and skills.

Bad daycare! If you choose to put your kids in this daycare turn around and choose a better one because this one is not the right one for your kids! Cynthia’s daughter is very unprofessional and very rude to parents! Cynthia’s daughter thinks she’s everybody’s mom and has permission to speak for them! They are very rude!

Please do not take your kids to this cradles and crayons specifically!!! Cindy is very kind but has no control over her employees. They steal! Price changes weekly and the staff are VERY lazy with putting effort in trying to get kids into a routine they've never had so they'll call about ANYTHING!! Waste of my time❌
