Very unprofessional “daycare” to take your kids. I got a call saying I needed to pick up my child because he fell and he needed to be taken home. When I get there to pick him up all they did was put a “band-aid”. I proceed to ask for the report because I would be taking him to the emergency room. They didn't have it ready and stated they would send me a text with a picture of the report. The Director was never informed of this “incident”until I called her. I called the daycare owner “Rosalba” and her answer was “I have never had a problem with the teacher “Paulina”. Mind you they were trying to blame the cleaning lady “Elizabeth” because she was supervising Matteo. Why is the cleaning lady taking care of the pre-k 3 students????? Not to mention reports were made to cps and other departments. “Meeting were scheduled at the daycare to let all staff now when they would find out who was telling me everything they would get “FIRED IMMEDIATELY”.

Terrible places to take your kids. Anyone can literally walk in and staff members would just walk right by you no security system in place especially for the world we live in right now anyone can walk into the building. No communication with staff and parents. Staff always looks drained out with no energy. If I could give this place a no star I would. My daughter came back bit from the ear and the staff watching her said it was an “accident” from another child. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible place, my daughter came with bruises all over her after school and no adult took responsibility for the incident. Do not take your child to this establishment.
