After a traumatizing daycare experience with my 2 year old, this facility was the saving grace!! My child attended this facility from two years to five years. When she first started daycare at a Kindercare, she HATED being away from me. She would get separation anxiety to the point of vomiting almost every morning. I was so nervous to send her to another daycare, fearing the same outcome. When she started here, that all changed very quickly. I remember several times my child woke up early and asked if she could go in early because she wanted to see her teacher!! Children NEED close connections with caregivers to feel safe, and that is provided here. The staff is AMAZING and they love these children like they are their OWN!! It is a shame that this type of environment is so difficult to find. The only time I ever had any concerns, was with other kids at the facility and they were normal, very minor incidents. It is a blessing to drop your child off somewhere for the day and you KNOW they are going to be well cared for and have a great day. They truly teach & nurture, provide home cooked meals, constantly have spirit weeks and craft activities, take the children for walks when the weather permits. I recommend this facility to anyone in the area.

We had such a hard time finding a good learning center for my son. After constant unprofessionalism and poor communication from other locations, we finally ran into Cradle 2 Crayons and we have not left since! The first day we stepped into the center, they were very welcoming and informing. It was definitely a family environment. They are very flexible and will work with you if needed. I love that they have uniforms and prepare the children for the real school environment. My son seems do be learning a lot and has gotten much better with his speech since joining. Sometimes the last minute closes can be an inconvenience but I understand that most times it is out of their control. They have an app that allows you to see what your child is doing and keep up with their daily activities. Only complaint I have is the small portions of food. My son comes home very hungry most days due to the small amount of food provided at school. If you are looking for a reliable, professional learning center for your child, look no further!

My name is Steven Moore and my daughter has attended C2C since September of 2023 and I can one hundred percent say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my daughter. Ms. Wanda and her staff are doing an amazing job preparing my daughter for the next steps. The staff is very kind and understanding, the facilities are clean, the learning curriculum is very easy and accommodating and since my daughter has been there myself and my fiancé have noticed a great improvement in our daughters motor skills and speech. Most importantly I am pleased at the measure’s C2C takes to ensure the safety of all of the children and it’s a plus that the daycare is just a few blocks away from the local Redford police department. I would recommend C2C for anyone searching for the perfect daycare for their child.

My son has been going to Cradle to Crayons since he was 6 months old and is now 3. The staff at the Gr River location has been nothing but dedicated to the care & education of my son; they are our adopted family! The wealth of knowledge that he has learned and continues to learn is pure joy & excitement. He is learning sign language amongst other educational skills. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is serious about the well-being of their child and needs daycare services.
