I am writing this review to warn future tenants and to share our real experience. The house we are renting is in very poor condition. We are dealing with rats inside the house, holes in the interior walls, windows that do not close properly, toilets that do not work, showers that are broken, and many other serious issues. The videos I am posting show the reality as it truly is. What makes this situation even worse is the behavior of the management / leasing office. Despite repeated complaints over several months (not weeks), they have failed to take our concerns seriously. They often do not respond at all or completely ignore our requests. Living under these conditions feels unacceptable. For the same price, you can easily find much cleaner, safer, and move-in-ready apartments or houses elsewhere. I strongly do not recommend this place. This review is written solely to inform and protect future renters.

I went to tour these apartments last week and couldn’t believe they had the nerve to show these inhabitable project homes. Broken windows, blinds torn up, doors left wide open, and overflow of trash. I thought the whole complex was under renovation but people actually live in these as is. We pulled up to the vacant apartment that she was going to show us and I told her we don’t need to go any further, it’s a hard NO for me and we left. They don’t have any standards for tenants and clearly don’t care about the upkeep of their property.

Horrible place to live if you care about working appliances and mold in your home from leaking ceilings , horrible communication with tenants, call or put request in for non working appliances and they close them and say that it has been completed. At first they made it seem so nice after a few weeks they stopped doing what they are supposed to do . Will not recommend anyone to move here . Currently have an open case with code enforcement due to the horrible living
