Saying my narrative is “false” when I’ve seen with my eyes how a certain employee treated children is insane amongst others that have seen the same. My child hated walking in the class when her teacher wasn’t there for obvious reasons. She came home with terrible rashes that weren’t there when I dropped her off because teacher to ratio was terrible and they weren’t able to attend to a child when there was a ton of other things going on. These reviews were not “retaliation” it’s concerned parents for children especially OUR child. The experience isn’t the same for everyone but for us it was not a good one. This isn’t to say there aren’t wonderful teachers here because there are.

There is entirely too many kids in the toddler classrooms compared to how many adults are in their to watch them. Also when my daughter's teacher is out she comes home with the worst rash on her bottom when it wasn't there when she was dropped off. You're paying for premium daycare prices when it isn't worth it for the care they are receiving.

While it’s not the cheapest daycare in town, you absolutely get what you pay for at Heritage-Trussville: excellence in care and education. My son has been attending Heritage-Trussville since he was 12w old. As he’s aged and advanced, he’s moved through several classes. Now in his 5th class and it’s safe to say my 2year old is excelling thanks to love from his Heritage teachers. Diverse in age and background, the staff all has one thing in common: they’re amazing. They truly seem to care for my son like he’s their own and it’s made such a difference. It’s wonderful seeing him get excited about going to daycare there. When it comes to education, Heritage is second to none. My son knows SO much for his age — from words to signs. He has a high emotional intelligence because of the social interactions with his classmates, but also the modeling he sees in his teachers. Every single teacher he’s had has made an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. It’s very nice to know that he is in a caring environment while he isn’t home. These same teachers have gone out of the way to help this first-time mama with oh so much — from helping me know when to start solids to helping me nap/sleep train my son. They’ve made my home life easier with the schedules and systems they have in place. As far as management goes, they are truly committed to providing a clean, safe, fun, and loving environment. They’re transparent about accidents (because toddlers are accident-prone in exploring the world). My husband and I are so very thankful for the entire Heritage-Trussville team. We could not recommend them more.

We are very glad Heritage Preschool of Trussville is our daycare. It is such a comfort to know our infant is taken care of and loves her environment. In fact, during the tour of the daycare (with Arieal) smiling faces of all ages were seen, and this definitely helped us make a decision. The teachers and administrative staff are so welcoming and they are so patient/understanding with our many questions being new parents. Our sweet Adelaide is meeting milestones quickly (3 to 6 months), and adores her teachers. We can’t wait to get more involved in the Heritage Trussville Preschool Community, and watch our child progress and learn even more!

We have been at Heritage of Trussville for over 7 years (with two children). The teachers truly love and care for our kids. It is also incredible how much they are able to teach them, even in the younger classes. My oldest was very prepared for Kindergarten after attending Heritage. The administration is also wonderful. They listen and help with any issues that come up. We love Heritage!
