It’s close and very convenient for me to go there. I actually enjoy my gym experience and the classes that I take there twice a week.
Staff is very friendly. Gym has everything one would need to get a great workout from free weights, two squat racks, Life Fitness machines and treadmills as well as ellipticals. Basketball court on the lower floor to use as you wish. Place is never packed, parking easy to find. A real hometown gym.
Though I don’t workout mornings anymore, I don’t know what I’d do if this wasn’t here. Every single person working here is a gem.
This is a great small town gym that I've enjoyed as a guest many times over the years. I wished we had one like in Hood River Oregon. They don't know what an athletic club is out here.
