Countryside Children's Daycare Center has highly polarized reviews. Two parents praise the long-tenured management, educational preparation, and lack of issues over years of attendance. However, four parents report serious concerns including inadequate child supervision, poor hygiene practices, failure to address bullying, unsafe conditions with children being scratched, and lack of communication with parents about health issues.
I think it is 100% unacceptable how they treat the employees! Management needs to change ASAP or there will be an investigation soon. Parents should know when there is a issue or when child is sick and they are not notified
The best daycare that ever was! Dedicated management staff that have been there for many many years. I've had the pleasure of both of my children (boy and a girl) to have gone through there from 3 months old to pre-k and we were always satisfied with the amount of attention and work they were given to prepare them for school. Give them a call if you have any questions about your kids.
HIGHLY do not recommend. My son was waiting in the hallway only two years old waiting to be picked up because the ladies were trying to rush out the building because it was slightly snowing and they were trying to close early. Also my son was wearing a dirty diaper while waiting the whole time. I have also picked him up two other times while he was sitting in a dirty diaper. It was so bad he wouldn’t even let me change him.
The daycare is wonderful. My Children have been attending the daycare for over 5 years and I have never had any issues with them. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
My son was getting bullied by another child at this daycare center and instead of them taking a look at why he might be acting out because of it they tell me to take my son to go get a psych evaluation yet the child who is bullying other children there willing to work with something wrong with that daycare center I do not recommend it to anybody
