We have recently enrolled and our daughter loves coming to “school” everyday. It was an easy adjustment for her. Teachers are very welcoming and the administrator is very helpful & kind.
I HIGHLY recommend CKCC to anyone looking for a safe and well ran daycare for your child! My daughter has been going there since she was 16 months (she is now 5 and starting school in the fall) and we have always had the best experience with them! The owners and the staff treat her as if she is part of their family! She is always excited to go to school and always runs in to give Ms.Linda a huge hug every morning!! When my youngest gets old enough we will being sending her with her big sister!! They definitely are one of the best daycare in Rocky Mount!!!
We adore this daycare. My daughter started in their 1-year-old room and has been with them for two years (with a break due to the pandemic). The teachers are amazing. In the 1-year and 2-year classes, they help with potty training which is a huge relief as a parent. Tommy and Linda are the owners and know all the kids and parents names. My daughter feels welcome every day and the structure, socialization, and learning that they do has really helped her thrive.
Mu daughter has been at this daycare for 1 1/2 years and so far, has excelled from the very beginning! Even with all of the anxiety, and schedule changes from the pandemic, I have always been able to rely on this daycare. Her teachers have been great, and before she moved up to a new classroom, she talked about Ms Hayley every day on the way home :) the owners have always been nothing but kind to us and have made us feel welcome. I would recommend to anyone!
My grandson was involved in an altercation with another child while not being supervised( security cameras from the daycare confirmed this. 100% not speculation). The other child had put long deep scratches on my grandson and nobody was notified of the incident. He had to stay in daycare all day with these long deep scratches on his face. PURE NEGLECT!! This place isn't what it used to be.
