Country Home has taken great care of my daughter! She has been here almost a year now and has had the greatest experience. She loves her teachers and they love her and her classmates like their own! Communication is very good as well, they let me know immediately about anything going on with her. I have noticed so much progress with her in this past year and it makes me so happy to see her growing and learning daily!
My kids comes here and they love the teachers and staff is amazing. They always show all the kids love and take time to remember kids names. It’s heartwarming. They’ve been here for a little over a year and I haven’t had any issues. They always tell me the same day if anything happens to my kids. Such a great day care
Country Home on NWMilitary is such a great setting for children to learn and be successful. My grand daughter is leaning new concepts everyday. I am so excited to hear what she is learning. Thank you Country Home for helping my child with new knowledge and challenging her to grow academically and emotionally .
We have been very pleased with the staff and learning environment. The staff make safety their #1 priority. They are also very kind and respectful. This is very important to us. I want to know that my daughter is safe and in loving hands when I leave each day.
My foster son has a learning disability that affects his behavior and attention span, and while I completely understand that this requires extra patience, I also recognize that it can be difficult for staff to manage. He was placed on probation a couple of days ago and today he was expelled. I can accept that decision and even understand it. What I cannot accept is the unprofessional and rude behavior from the front desk staff. Some of the ladies upfront are kind and welcoming, but others make you feel completely unwelcome—never smiling, staring, or acting annoyed when asked for help. For example, on my son’s last day, I asked if someone could help me carry his belongings (a backpack, blanket, and diapers) so I could focus on carrying him. Instead of showing compassion or even basic courtesy, one staff member acted irritated, reluctantly grabbed the items, and followed me out without a kind word. The only comment she made was, “I don’t know why you’re bad, Ayden.” Not a goodbye. Not a simple “We’ll miss you” or “I hope things get better.” Nothing. This lack of empathy was in sharp contrast to his teachers, who were emotional, kind, and told me they would miss him. That made all the difference. I’ve also heard from others that this center can feel chaotic, and unfortunately my experience confirms that—there seems to be a mix of caring, dedicated teachers and front-office staff who lack professionalism and compassion. If you are considering this place, know that while some teachers are truly wonderful, the environment and treatment upfront leave much to be desired. And the very first day I visited I recognize it and should have stayed away the same girl that never smiles probably took 10 minutes to even say something to me, even though she saw me and she was on the phone. She hung up and was doing other things before I kind of had to stare at her longer for her to say something, they are just so rude. To top it off, they know how I feel about my son that I’m trying to adopt. I’ve cried to them telling them I’m trying and no compassion when leaving it was really sad. Stay away if I were you, they don’t want you there!
