Country Cubs Child Care Learning Center

My son went here for a time and it wasn’t the best experience. The owner is awful and should not be running a daycare. There was no communication with parents about pertinent issues. One time, in the dead of summer, the AC went out in a part of the building and he would not allow the staff to call and inform parents. Had I known, I would’ve picked my son up early and I wouldn’t have been upset because these things happen. However, he did not tell the parents and when I picked my son up at the end of the day he was drenched in sweat and his face was red. That was unsafe and dangerous to have those kids and staff members in those conditions. It makes me feel sick just thinking about it and there are other things that happened that I’m not pleased about either. Trust your instincts. I wish I would’ve trusted mine. There is definitely something off about the owner that makes my skin crawl.

I had my child there for almost 2 years and with new ownership what an amazing improvement. It is very clean, organized, very well managed and staff absolutely fantastic. They always stay in touch with parents, take care of your kiddos to keep them safe. They also use system brightwheel to post pictures, direct message communication, updates for parents and we absolutely love it!! We have never had any concerns and highly recommend this location.

Please don’t trust these fake 5 star reviews. One of them is the directors husband and they did NOT have a child there. The reason all these fake reviews focus on communication Is because that is their absolute worst trait. They don’t communicate ANYTHING. My daughter has food intolerances and they chose to give cookies on “movie day” without asking parents. Check DCF reports- (google Florida DCF childcare lookup) they’ve lied about tv time in the past. You can’t see inside the school, only when you tour. Otherwise you drop your kids off and that’s it. At the end of the day, no update. The 4yo class is a joke and won’t prepare them for kindergarten at all.I feel like I did her such a disservice. Completely down hill. There is rarely a director on site and they put young 18-21year olds in charge while building up their new location on because money is all that matters here. Safety and communication are an after thought.

My daughter has been going to Country Cubs for a couple months now. The staff is excellent and my daughter always comes home happy. The facility is clean and the class sizes are small. Best pricing in the area as well.
