This place probably changed a lot since I attended 15-18 years ago but a certain teacher I had traumatized me. I have autism spectrum disorder and she mistreated me because of it. She would send me to timeout if I cried. I didn’t even cry when I had an injury there in fear of timeout. She would also put me in timeout for refusing to eat lunch when I didn’t like certain foods being served. I had and still have food aversions due to being on the spectrum. I had a fear of drowning and she would not hold me in the pool in the deep end at camp. Forced me to take a nap at camp even though I was 5 years old. I would pretend to sleep. I would have temper tantrums every time I came home from preschool and had trouble expressing the distress this teacher caused to my mom. She didn’t know about this until I was an adult. Again, this place probably changed since then and I highly doubt this teacher even still works there because she was probably old enough to be my grandmother but I had a bad experience and she made me feel ashamed about my disability.
Wonderful people here, lots of love, great place where they take good care of kids.

At the summer camp my child was very bored and he was verbally abuse and swear it at this is no way to run a camp
