What Parents Say
Note: Reviews appear to be for a community service organization rather than a daycare center. Parents praise the organization for helpful social services including immigration assistance, food pantry access, and benefits counseling. Staff members, particularly Humna and Bilqees, are consistently commended for their patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
My sister and I went to make a food donation and their staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. And Ms Kelsey Simmons gave us an insight how the organization operates and what is needed to serve the community. We are hoping that we can make more donations to them
Faizan has been such a blessing for my elderly parents. He’s helped them with so much, from getting free meals and finding safe housing to handling legal stuff. He’s patient, kind, and really listens. It’s clear he genuinely cares, and that means the world to us. I’m so thankful for everything he’s done and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thank you so much!
This place is decent, only allowed senior members/staff to eat here they take care of you while they can. Allows you to stay as long as you want but you have to leave before 4:30 or 35pm because they close at 5PM. Monday to Friday Friday 9:15Am to 5Pm. If you do come across here you are allowed to use the bathroom just feel free to ask. If you are interested in the services they have they are willing to tell you about them and help you with that. Health services, Mental, Food stamps, Tax, and more just ask. The food pantry is Every Friday from 10Am to 12Pm sometimes a few minutes after. It depends .
I just want to say thank you to Bilqees Kashif for helping us with our SNAP application. She was so patient and kind, and really went out of her way to make sure we got the help we needed. It meant a lot to us. Thank you to COPO as well — it’s a huge relief to know there are people out there who truly care. We’re really grateful for everything you do for the community. Rizwan K.
For some reason the Dept of Aging changed my organization from Heights and Hills (who were great, nearby and always there when you needed them) to this COPO who are just the opposite. They never return your call and never help when you reach out. Good luck navigating old age with this group. Hold on to your family and friends in your senior years and do not depend on these people for your well being.
