Had a horrible experience with them pertaining to my son. I should have taken it further but I'm just glad he's at a better daycare now.
My grandchildren attended Cottonwood, and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and facility. I would rate them 10 out of 10. As a nurse who worked in a facility with the general public, I am familiar with people who rant online or give low ratings; however, I have found that people like this usually fall into two categories: those who are asked to pay their past due accounts and/or those who have children with behavior problems (and they are asked to leave). Many daycare owners that I know have now begun to look at those who leave bad reviews so as not to enroll the reviewer's children in their own centers. In my opinion, it would be a wise things if all daycare center owners did the same thing-if they want to avoid drama.
My child only went one day and that was enough to know this a bad daycare. The teachers protect each other even if they make mistakes. Why do I say this? Well my son was pushed and hit by other kids and I always tell him when something like that happens you tell your teachers. Of course he did and his teacher tells him to hit them back. No one reported this incident to me until my son told me about it. Now I call to complain about the situation and they are more shocked and offended that I complain about this happening. Bad attitude and no help whatsoever. As parents we should feel safe that our kids are being well taken care of and if anything happens it should be easy to speak to someone and they should be understanding, not right away act offended and say none of the teachers do that. They can only assume that the teachers don’t actually say things like “hit them back” but can’t assure. And if that is the case try to find out what happen and not just let it slide.
My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old. He and I love Cottonwood. I trust the staff here completely. Vanna and her team are the best ❤️
My kids go to school here and we have loved every minute of it. The staff treat our children like family and even check in on them when they are out sick.
