My son started his first daycare experience here around 14 months old. I was so nervous but the phenomenal staff here really eased both of us into the process. They are always so caring and really have helped my son grow in his time there. We may be switching centers as my son approaches his second birthday and would need to transition to the older toddlers classroom, but I am going to miss it here very much. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Doi, Ms. Carmen, Ms. Jazmin, Cindy and Jen who were with us when we first started and really helped us along this journey. All the teachers have been wonderful, thank you so much for all that you do 💕

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Cottage Kids! The facility is spacious, with large classrooms and outdoor play areas. The infant room even has a separate sleep area with cribs for each child, ensuring a calm and comfortable environment. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate, and they consistently share updates with parents. From language development to art and sensory experiences, they provide a well-rounded approach to early learning. The teachers and assistants are truly amazing—caring, knowledgeable, and fun. They genuinely love and appreciate every child, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere. In the last six months, the new administrative team has made a huge difference. Their communication is excellent, and they are incredibly helpful and considerate of each family’s needs. They’ve brought a fresh, personalized approach that has made us feel even more supported. We also love the nutritious food, prepared onsite with a customizable menu that accommodates dietary needs. The daycare’s peanut-free environment is another big plus for peace of mind. If you’re looking for a daycare with dedicated staff and a welcoming environment, we highly recommend Cottage Kids!

We experienced several challenges during our time at this preschool, primarily with the administrative management. Our concerns were accentuated when our son had an incident caused by a teacher that required visiting hospital for imaging for my son was not able to move his hand due to pain. While the medical report indicated he had severe pain but fortunately no fractures, the management approached us with skepticism. Their manner made us feel as though we needed to justify seeking medical attention for our son, who displayed clear signs of distress post the incident at the daycare. Additionally, there were discrepancies in their assessment of our son's abilities. For instance, despite him showing early reading capabilities at 18 months, their evaluations at age 3 were surprisingly inconsistent with his skills. This, among other experiences, gave us the impression that the preschool's management was not treating us on par with other parents. Many parents received warm greetings, whereas our encounters often felt cold and dismissive. After much contemplation, we decided it would be best to transfer our son to a different institution. We're pleased to report he's currently flourishing and much happier in his new environment. That being said, it's essential to highlight the dedication and care of the teaching staff at this preschool. The issues we encountered seemed to be more administrative, and the educators were, by and large, attentive and compassionate.

This daycare is great. The office staff are kind and organized, and both my kids love their teachers. The curriculum and policies are modern and effective, and have helped me be a better parent. I think my kids are thriving here and will be ready for kindergarten. I loved my Father’s Day art.

My 5-yr old twins have been with this daycare since 2019. My kids love this daycare and it is one of the best daycare facility in town. Great environment for kids and family, very helpful and innovative teachers, and friendly staffs. My kids need to go to kindergarten this August and my kids already feel sad even thinking about it. I found this center utilizing all advanced technologies by letting parents do check in and check out via app and posting daily activities and pics via app. This center followed the safety protocol during covid and I felt very comfortable to send my kids to daycare without any hesitation and nervousness. I am very happy with my kids development and they have turned out to be innovative, empathetic, kind, caring, and intellectual kids. I highly recommend this center to other parents. Proud Mom of twins
