Such an Awesome School and Daycare. Our daughter has grown so much with them. Sue, Hannah, the Faculty and Staff are amazing with the Children. The Curriculum and Activities are well thought out and developed. As a disabled parent, the Cottage has gone out of their way to accommodate and enable our family. The school is not only well organized but is also very warm, welcoming and safe.At the end of the day, it’s all about results: My daughter had a slight speech delay when she started Pre-K, three years ago. But now having just graduated Kindergarten with Mr.Gio, she is now a chatterbox, can read books made for children several years older than her, even sounding out big words on her own that she doesn’t recognize. As well as being able to add and subtract, she is also familiar with historical figures, and historical events and how they relate to her. She even knows a little bit of Spanish and can sing along to the Beatles, U2 and Bob Dylan with me! She has developed great friendships with her classmates that could last a lifetime. Best of all she LOVES School now and is excited about starting first grade. The Cottage has done a Wonderful job!!!! Thank you!!! ❤️

My child went to the Cottage all the way through kindergarten. It was the most wonderful experience and taught them about the world through a child's eyes, about kindness and inclusivity, taking responsibility, friendship, important history, art, music, and learning through play. Bonus was the family friendships that developed in this close knit school environment. 7 years later, and we are all still so very close! Thank you Sue, Hannah, teachers and staff. The time at The Cottage Daycare was a priceless gift to us.

The Cottage Day Care, Sue, Hannah, and all of their staff have had a fantastic influence on our family. As a parent who works full time, the thought of having someone else raise your child every day while you are working can be stressful. Thankfully The Cottage and all of their staff have done an amazing job of helping my son gain confidence, good manners, and a creative spirit that I am proud of. I no longer worry about my son while I'm working, I know that he is safe and having a great day while he's there. We were at another center in the past that had WAY TOO MANY KIDS for each teacher to fully engage with and it had a negative impact on my sons behavior. In addition the other center we were at had new teachers every couple of months so just as my son would get attached, they would leave or get fired. I am so thankful we made the decision to leave and enroll him at The Cottage instead. Since then, we have been at The Cottage full time for 3 years and have only seen two teachers in that entire time transition out of their center. The consistency and happiness of the staff has a direct impact on the children that they teach and I feel so blessed that my son is being raised in that type of environment. This is not your typical "daycare". Children are in classrooms with small Teacher to student ratios so they don't have to compete for attention throughout the day. They follow lesson plans and do really fun activities EVERY SINGLE DAY to engage each child and help them understand the themes that they are teaching! I am amazed at the knowledge my son has learned while at The Cottage and I am thrilled to see how happy he is there every day. He loves the staff at The Cottage as if they were family and I couldn't imagine a better place for him to be while I work.

The owner has been very open about her on makeup when it comes to adults and young adults in multiple situations, and has shown to be irresponsible when it comes to teaching children about respecting personal boundaries and how to express themselves freely. Would not recommend.
