Best place I’ve ever lived in Chicago. Grateful to be a deco resident of almost 4 leases. Wonderful leasing, concierge, management, and engineering team. Great amenities, incredible value, premium location, and welcoming community events every month. The deco is where to be if considering living in Gold Coast.
The Deco has been such an amazing place to live. I have lived here for a few years now and I highly recommend this building if you are looking for a place to live in Gold Coast. The location is perfect, amenities are great, very pet-friendly building, lots of fun community events monthly and the rooftop views are breathtaking! The staff is what makes this building truly feel like home. Everyone from the maintenance, concierge and leasing office team is extremely kind and helpful. Special thanks to Rachelle, Savanna, Lashon and Vanessa from the leasing office for always going above and beyond.
I highly recommend giving yourself the chance to live at The Deco! You’ll get amazing views, the front desk staff is super friendly and kind, and the management team is always helpful—they’re quick to answer your questions and support you through any process. The building is clean, and if anything comes up in your apartment, the maintenance team is fast and efficient. Honestly, my entire time living here has been excellent. I’d definitely live here again, no doubt!
Just moved in a few weeks ago, can’t say enough how friendly the staff is here! Every single person who works here has been so friendly, especially the front desk! Genuinely the kindest and most helpful staff out of any apartment complex I’ve lived at in Chicago!!
Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. The location is prime, the staff is amazing and the views of the lake are unmatched. I’ve lived here since October and have had the best experience since moving in. They put on a lot of residents events and actively engage with the residents. My favorite was the casino night for Christmas. Whenever there’s a maintenance issue, the team is quick to resolve it. The management team in the office are always welcoming and willing to have a quick chat. And the front desk staff make it their mission to remember your name. Really good vibes here! And again, the location is unbeatable.
