Concordia Lutheran Pre-School

Concordia is an excellent school. So glad we chose to send our son here. He has made so much progress academically and with his social skills. He is really loved and cared for and enjoys going to school every day. We would recommend this school without a doubt to anyone.

We absolutely love Concordia. We plan to do summer every year there and hope to see them thrive and grow. We started with Concordia with our eldest daughter when she was 3. I started out as a very nervous parent and suddenly some years later have grown to include Concordia as my family. After a few years my second child also came here and graduated before moving to Cerritos elementary. I couldn’t ask for a better start for them. The most loving & trustworthy group. Both my children have grown so much under Miss Medinas direction alongside all the other fabulous teachers. I highly recommend!

Concordia School is a remarkable place to send children aged 2 to 5. Since my son joined the preschool program, we have been amazed by how his teachers embraced him with love and care, helping him become fluent in English and creative and social. Every morning, the teachers welcome students and families with smiles and ask how we are doing to express genuine interest in our well-being. Also, the teachers are open to discussing a child's worries or concerns and informing parents of any incidents or developments involving the child. Moreover, Concordia's outstanding curriculum prepares children to be ready for elementary school. We noticed that our son learns similarly to our daughter's kindergarten time. At the end of the year, the teachers designed each child's portfolio to showcase the child's progress and achievements. We are very grateful to send our son to Concordia before he turns kindergarten. We are looking forward to the summer programs and the following year! Hope my review helps parents decide to send their children to Concordia!

My son has been attending Concordia since he turned 2 years. All the staff has been instrumental to his growth. He was a shy little boy and he is now a strong and confident boy. The curriculum is appropriate for each age and I feel confident my son is well prepared for Kinder this coming fall. All teachers and office staff are supportive, patient, and loving. We will truly miss everyone after this summer. I am so glad I found Concordia for him and look forward to my younger one to attend when the time comes.

I can honestly say that Concordia is Godsend. The staff are all amazing- from Director, Cris and teachers. Not only do the teachers make it a fun and safe environment for the kids. They all do a great job in following the new safety guidelines and have wonderful communication skills. And is true what they say about “it takes a village to care for a child” I want to give a Big shout out to Ms. Medina and Ms. Lorena for helping my daughter improve her reading. I can’t Thank you enough. I highly recommend Concordia. You will not be disappointed 💓
