Concordia is fantastic. Our toddler has been going there for about seven months. Every single staff member knows my child whether or not they work in his classroom, and they all have been so kind and welcoming since we joined. The teachers and leadership are very communicative, and there are often fun community-building events in the classroom and school-wide, which has made it easier to get to know other families. It is so obvious how much everyone cares about the children and their families - it really feels as if Concordia sees early childhood education as a mission and not just a service. Cannot recommend them enough!
Just started our 5 month old here two days ago week. It was recommended to us by another parent, had sliding scale options, and flexible pick up/drop off. After just 3 weeks, our little one smiled when she saw her teacher and reached for her! Amazing communication, the staff seem treated well and our baby does interesting activities. We are loving it so far.
We loved our experience at Concordia-Ravenswood! From starting in the Twos Room to "graduating" from the Pre-School, we always felt that everything was in the best interests' of our son. After touring what felt like every daycare in the zip code, we sent our (then) 11-month-old son to Concordia Ravenswood and couldn't be happier. The space feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, and the interactions with the staff only enhance that impression. As first time parents, we understood it would be an adjustment for our son, but underestimated what an adjustment it would be for *us*. All the teachers and admin at Concordia had endless patience as all three of us settled in, and our family will forever be grateful for their care.
