We cannot recommend Compass enough! Both of our daughters have been at Compass for 5 years now. It’s is such a special place. Our eldest is in kindergarten there and we are so sad she’ll be graduation in the spring - we would keep her there through college if that was an option! The people who work there are there because they truly want to be there. Everyone from the office staff to the teachers are incredible. You can tell they genuinely care about each child. It’s such an amazing community. We have felt like family from the very beginning. We feel so lucky our children get to experience the magic of Compass everyday! 💙 💛

Compass SchoolHouse has been such a gift to our family. Our son, needed extra support early on with speech and communication, and the teachers at Compass met him with such patience, warmth, and understanding. They celebrated every milestone—big and small—and helped him gain the confidence to find his voice. The Compass team truly partners with families and early intervention providers, creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. You can feel how much they love what they do. We absolutely love Compass Schoolhouse! From day one, the teachers and staff have been so warm and welcoming. It’s clear they truly care about each child and create such a positive, nurturing environment. Our son has thrived here—every morning starts with excitement to go to school, and every afternoon is full of stories about new friends and fun projects. The balance between play and structure is just right, allowing kids to explore, create, and grow while building important routines and social skills. As an educator myself, I’m really impressed by how thoughtful and developmentally sound their approach is. The teachers are amazing, communication is great, and the whole place feels joyful and intentional. We feel so lucky to be part of this community. Compass has been a wonderful place for our son to grow, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Both of my daughters attended Compass Schoolhouse from the 2’s to Jr K, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The environment is incredibly nurturing and loving. The teachers truly care about each child and make every day special. The front office staff deserves special mention for being so reliable and communicative. I always felt informed and confident that my girls were in great hands. My girls made amazing friends here, and even I’ve made lasting friendships with some of the other parents which is a testament to the warm, community feel of the school. We absolutely love Compass Schoolhouse and are so grateful for the positive start it gave our girls. Highly recommend to any family looking for a caring, supportive preschool!

My son attended Compass School House for a few months in early 2021, right after we moved from Brooklyn. He joined their Pre-K class mid-year, and I was so anxious about how he would adjust with the move, but the teachers at Compass made the transition incredibly easy. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. He absolutely loved his time there. Even though we couldn’t secure a spot for their kindergarten program due to limited availability during Covid, the three months he spent at Compass were truly special and had such a positive impact on him. I’m so grateful for the kindness and comfort they gave our family during a big move.
