Heartbreaking!!! honestly after my kids have been going here for a year, never would I ever think I would pick my 4 year old up and see ADULT fingernail marks gouged in her arm leaving 3 individual scabs in the shape of fingernails! My child told me exactly who did it to her and when I asked staff she said she always grabs her hands when she sits her down not her arms. Just doesn't make sense to me.
Never have I ever in life, heard of a daycare center that you cannot take an initial tour around the site, but can come fill out paperwork in the first room. I would never approve of my child going to any daycare center without seeing where my child will be , the sanitary foundation, the workers and etc. I have a 7 month old child that needed care but after the phone conversation I wouldn’t even recommend this place at all, why would I trust a site that doesn't let a parent in to see what’s going on behind closed doors. BIG NO!
This daycare is very unprofessional. The staff has favoritism with certain kids. The staff Faulk to report major incidents to parents. I’ve been threatened by a parent not knowing what had happened in the daycare at all due to poor communication. They don’t teach the kids and barely watch them.
