I would have given more than 5 stars if I reviewed this school over a year ago. That was before they fired the amazing previous director and now recently as of yesterday, all of the 6 amazing and loving teachers that stuck around for the kids under the new “leadership”. For the past year, I’ve had the unfortunate experience to see such an amazing preschool filled with love turn into a horrible and cold environment. The only people who showed compassion and respect for the kids were the teachers that were all just fired for no reason. The new director never even ONCE said hello to me, mostly because she was never there… and when she was, there was no interaction from her to the parents or her staff. I would not recommend this school to ANYONE or trust sending my child under the current leadership. Such a shame as it was my family and 2 kids second home for the past 4 years. Those teachers RAN that school this past year despite the horrible treatment from their “leadership”, which is the only reason why I kept my son enrolled. Under the current conditions, I would never recommend this school to any family. The only 5 star reviews that were posted recently, are all apart of the church.
My son attended CLC last year and we had the best experience, but now that my daughter is entering preschool we reached out only to find out all staff had been fired!! After the previous director was let go the only thing keeping the school going were the amazing teachers. I wouldn’t send my child here if it was my last resort. The way the church treated everyone was disgusting. They don’t live by Jesus so I certainly won’t expect them to be teaching my child to either.
I sent both of my daughters to CLC. You send your kids here expecting an incredible experience and their first education in Jesus’ teachings. The previous director was incredible. I had the BEST experience. I learned this year, that so many of the absolutely incredible teachers that worked there, were all fired. Is this how we preach the word of Jesus? Now knowing they’re all gone, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Please do not send your kids here. They literally no longer care about the preschool.
Both of my kids went to CLC for two years. Our daughter had an amazing experience. Our son had an amazing experience his first year, but then the church decided to go in a direction that ultimately resulted in an extremely poor experience tempered only by their amazing teachers. Unfortunately, CLC decided to terminate all of them the day after our kids graduated. I doubt this school will have a program in Fall 2024.
A year ago….. 10 plus stars. The director was amazing, the teaching staff has always been top notch for my kiddos. They unfortunately are going in a “ new direction” and I don’t see this school going into a fall 24 program. The new director is absolutely terrible and now with the teachers being let go, I would not send my kids back or recommend anyone else’s kids go there.
