OMG OMG OMG 😟 During the sign up process the administrator asked me a ton of extremely inadequate questions, I literally needed to hang up mid process. Best of luck to anyone that has the patience and the free time discussing his personal matters with the administrator. After I provided insurance and I was assured is active and my deductible will be 0$, the next sentence was "are you currently employed?" Out of curiosity I continued the conversation and questions as "any allergies, alcohol use, domestic violence, merital status, who I live with?" This was the most sencles and invasive appointment booking that I ever come across

CCM say they are for the people but they actually aren’t. They put you on medications for a few months and then once your case is closed, there is nothing they can do. The staff isn’t as communicative as they seem and the front desk colleagues are very snarky. Please be aware that this facility will not treat you as a person, they will help you find band aid solutions but nothing to help you and support you in the long term. I’m disappointed with my experience and I won’t be recommending them to anyone else.

CCM has to be one of the worst places I have ever received services. The therapist I was given often made sessions about herself and when I asked for help with applying for disability, she kept putting off filling out the needed paperwork. The records office took TWO MONTHS to respond to my request to send the needed paperwork. They never sent the paperwork to the disability case worker, resulting in the SSA dropping my case. I tried to make a complaint with the clinical supervisor, who not only took two weeks to get back to me, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I when complained about the therapist and records office, she said, "we dont fill out paperwork." She offered no advice or alternatives. When I asked for another therapist, the previous one sent a series of unhinged texts, claiming I never told her about the paperwork. The new therapist assigned to me dropped my case, despite knowing I was having memory problems and consequently missed a couple appointments. I did contact her (by email bc she refused to provide a phone number) as soon as I had realized what happened, which in both cases was within the the hour of the appointment. The third time I was having technical problems with Zoom and had immediately sent an email. She answered long after the appointment was due and claimed I had no-showed. She didn't respond to my emails afterward. I called CCM and asked to talk to whoever was over the clinical supervisor. I don't remember the title of the person to took my complaint but she did acknowledge they had trouble with the first therapist, and apologized for the behavior of the clinical supervisor. She said she would take my complaint to the appropriate people, but who knows what happened. CCM really made a difficult time in my life even more difficult. They should be shut down.

The child psychiatrist that works with this group is not LGBTQIA friendly. Dr K deadnamed and misgendered my child repeatedly during visit. She also seemed to have issues with her memory and kept asking the same medication questions over and over. Not safe.
