The work they did on the house I appreciate. What I don't appreciate is the cocky contractor they sent us who cut into the beams of my carport just to install a window. Taking legal action now. Roof completely ruined.
CAT has always been there when you need them. If they can’t help you they will tell you who will be able to. Awesome hard working team and there maintenance team is super cool too!

I have always been surprised at how much i or anyone can solve any problem by just asking - Community Action Team is was a great step first step with many more to follow. Not all steps lead up and my experience with them is they are at least willing to listen suggest and work with you where they can They are not a silver bullet... But what in life is?
