Both of my granddaughters are excelling at this school. They are interested in what they are learning. Sometimes when I come to pick the girls up, I will try to sneak into the class to see what they are doing. They always seem so happy. I've caught the two year old sitting and reading a book (essentially from memory. She knows her letters but not reading quite yet). The six year old is always engaged with friends. The atmosphere is never chaotic or unsafe. If you treat a child like they are smart and capable. That is what they will likely become. The two year old 'washes' her dishes after eating. The six year old is constantly reading and telling us about planets and sea life and whatever she is learning (although if you ask her what she learned at school that day, she'll say 'nothing' lol). Is a great school and I am very happy the girls have the opportunity to be there.

MUST READ BEFORE SUBJECTING YOUR CHILD My now 3 year old attended this school last year. He was with an academy before and thrived! His mom really wanted him to try montessori so we moved him to this store. Everything started off well and we were excited that he child was getting in some education at such a young age, and montessori education was preferred. He quickly started to develop his terrible 2s and became a little combative. The typical kick, throw, hit but nothing an adult teacher can't handle. The staff kept us informed but after a week or 2, it became apparent they were creating receipts. They would be quick to jot down every little instant. He would have a good day here and there but most negative actions were typical terrible 2 year old behavior. After a couple months, they asked us to get him checked for autism. He was looked at by someone at the school who said it was too early to specify so we all came up with a course of action, with his teachers and staff, to get out some energy and focus before class. We followed what they wanted. His actions continued because, well, he was 2! His mother and I were called in to talk about it with staff again. We were then urged to see a professional outside of school to see, again, if he had autism. At this point, after getting looked by their own staff, we found going to a professional was inappropriate, especially because he only acted out so negatively at school. At home, he had moments but was a very regular and happy kid. He hugged, he played, he loved easily. His mother and I would work with him early and often about the affects of hitting and lashing out. Then one day, near the end of the day, a little girl was going home and our son grabbed her metal water bottle to take to her mom. The little girl was upset and complained and our son got upset and threw the bottle, like many 2 year olds would do. This bottle hit the little girl in the mouth and busted her lip pretty good. Now there are no excuses to my son. He shouldn't throw things when he's upset. This is something he has learned since then and turning 3. He wasn't aiming the water bottle to do damage and be malicious to the little girl, he was just upset being told no and was throwing a 2 year old fit. His mother and I were called into the office again and was told they have never had a child like ours and that we needed to get him professionally checked and that we, as parents, didn't follow their suggestions. We literally did everything they asked but get him checked professionally because hes 2 and their professional said hes too young to tell. We didn't come back and found a new school. Once we did, it was a complete 180. He is the best student in the class, the teacher's favorite and even got student of the week. I love my son more than anything, like many of you with your child. To try and have my child diagnosed instead of helping him through a transition is EVERYTHING you should know about this place. Please be weary.

I went there to look into sending my daughter to a new school. The lady I spoke with was rude and short with me. I asked how much the tuition was. The lady told me and I was a little surprised about how expensive it was. She looked at me and said why do you have that expression on your face this is a private school. I looked at her and stated to her that I know how much a private school cost because my daughter goes to St. Catharine School. I'm just surprised how much this one cost. I told her thanks and left. I won't be back, I don't like the atmosphere there.

My daughter has been going here since she was 6 weeks old and her teachers are fantastic. They have her so interested in learning and advancing and being helpful that she has learned so much on her own even when not at school. I definitely recommend you send you send your children here.
