This is a phenomenal program. From the directors to the teachers and aids, they truly care about the kids development. They keep the kids busy with different activities and do a great job of communicating with the parents throughout the day with pictures so we can see our kids interaction. The make all the kids feel included and I appreciate their patience with my child as he learned to adjust to his new environment. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication that is put into the program to make it what it is!
I have liked the ease with which registration was done online and also the friendliness and warmth of all the staff members meeting my child and myself for the first time.
I will be keeping my daughter in this facility. The growth and her articulation skills are outstanding. She exhibits great communication skills for a Preschooler.
I regret sending my son to this center deeply! He got 7 incident reports in 3.5 months including biting, bad scratches, bleeding mouth.... There is still permanent scars on his cheek from other kid's scratches! For the last month he was at that center, he got bites from other kids on every week basis and I am talking about bad biting. We had very serious talks to the director and teacher and they both assured us the harsh incidents won't happen again. But the reality is the biting was repeated again and again, never stopped. It broke my heart to see my little boy come home with all these marks. We eventually had to withdraw him from this center to avoid endless injury! Very bad experience! I definitely wouldn't recommend this daycare to any parents, period.
We found this center to be very difficult to work with administratively and felt like they were more focused on profit than anything else. We decided not to stay when we learned of the incident last year where a toddler left unnoticed, and walked out into a crowded street ( I’m told they have new doors but still don’t feel comfortable). I’m sure there are kind and caring teachers but the company itself didn’t make us feel confident.
