My child went to 3 different daycares and a Montessori school before Columbia Academy Thunder Hill and they were an absolute nightmare. On the first visit my 2 year old said mommy I want to go here. And it has by far been the best experience for us both. My baby is safe, well taken care of, & thriving tremendously academically and emotionally. The staff is amazing. Even on difficult days I’ve seen them still handle the kids with grace, patience and love. My child loves her teachers Ms. Owen’s and Mr. Shane she talks about them all the time. She is learning Spanish at 3 years old and is good at it. This place was truly heaven sent for us and worth every penny. I’m so glad I am able to send my baby somewhere she is safe and enjoys going. Even on weekends she ready to get back to school to see her teachers and friends. 10/10 recommend
Columbia Academy is awesome. My son began attending Columbia Academy after a horrible experience at another preschool. Kierra, Melissa, Ms Owens and Miss Mo were so welcoming to our family. They demonstrate patience and the kind of care and kindness that all parents hope for their children when they entrust them to the care of others. The open environment for 3s and 4s allow my son the freedom to explore safely while engaging in a uniquely designed curriculum that fosters growth and emphasizes positive relationships with peers. I am extremely grateful to the staff and directors at Columbia Academy. Everyone our family has had the privilege to engage with from staff to other parents has been a super positive experience.
We’ve been part of the Columbia Academy at Thunder Hill (CATH) family since both of our daughters were just 3 months old, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care, love, and support we’ve received over the years. From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to provide a nurturing and enriching environment. We’ve built lasting relationships not only with the amazing staff but also with other families. We feel so fortunate to have found a place where our children are not just cared for, but also truly known, encouraged, and celebrated. Columbia Academy at Thunder Hill has been an incredibly positive part of our family’s journey and we can’t recommend it highly enough!
