Absolutely amazing school. They are truly amazing. Hands on teaching real life situation. Very engaging, caring and nurturing. I am so happy here, my daughter before her first grade learned so much that she still remember and never forgot her teacher Ms. Lagos. Every time we pass by the school she says, there is Ms. Lagos school!!! Now my son George, 3 year old, everyday come up with new things. I love to see him explaining what happened in class and what he did. Thank you so much to Ms. Coltrane and Ms Lagos for so much patience with them. Highly recommend school AAA+++

We love CHUMS! The teachers are compassionate and experts in their field. The school has a beautiful playground, garden, and gymnasium for lots of body movement and exploration. There are daily centers and enrichment times. I wouldn't pick any other school for my family - we're so pleased!

CHUMS has been the most loving, fun, happy place for my daughter to attend pre-k. All of the staff and teachers actually CARE about your child and their family. We are greeted by name, with smiles every day. They even know my daughter who doesn’t go to school there. I can’t say enough positive things about CHUMS. We feel our daughter is safe, loved, cared for, and known. If you are looking for a school with small class sizes, teachers who love their kiddos, social-emotional learning, gardening, multiple recesses, and just joy, look no further. CHUMS is amazing. We are thankful!

LOVE LOVE LOVE CHUMS Have you ever gone somewhere, and just known that it is the right place for you and your family. That is the feeling that I got when we toured CHUMs almost 2 years ago. I had kept my daughter out of daycare until she was old enough to attend a place that could provide more than a daycare could. CHUMs not only provides childcare, they provide the educational foundation that I just don’t have the resources or time to do at home. They maintain a structured environment that the children absolutely thrive on. In addition to all the educational aspects, I love the feeling of this small knit community with the staff, teachers, and other families. I never wanted to drop my children off with someone that felt like a stranger, and CHUMS does an absolutely amazing job of making my children feel loved, accepted, and safe. I love the activities and resources they have to aid in teaching our children...the garden, library, gym to name just a few. The School Director is amazing and maintains a phenomenal staff. All the teachers are great. They truly love what they do and that is hard to find in schools. When you find a school with little to no teacher turnover...you know they’re doing something right. That was also an important aspect of me sending my daughter to school there. Teacher and staff job satisfaction play an exceptional role in the environment your children are around. The CHUMS teachers are amazing and I cannot sing enough praises about them. When you find the place that is right for you... you just know. We were saddened during early March when the pandemic hit and we didn’t return to school. My daughter attended another day school during the summer and it further solidified my choice to keep her at CHUMS during the school year. Our son has loved going to school at CHUMS! His teachers are so supportive of his needs and growth, and he loves working in the garden with his classmates! We can't wait for school to start again for the year.
