Colleyville Montessori School

Moving our daughter to Colleyville Montessori from a previous daycare was one of the best things we have done, she was three at the time and we have now been there for a year. We wanted more of an educationally supportive approach and saw her grow vastly in her independence in the first month. She really enjoys class and honestly rarely wants to leave her friends and work at the end of the day 🤣 Diana is a very caring, involved, and enthusiastic director and Abby is a bubbly and hardworking admin - And they are both consistent in an industry where elsewhere there is a lot of turnover. Our daughter has only gotten a new teacher once (again, they have very low turnover) and her current teacher Ms Deeba is one of her favorite people in the world. We have experienced a wide range of childcare between our two children and this has by far been the best experience!

I never leave reviews but that is how special Colleyville Montessori is to us. The school is beautiful, and the lobby is so warm and inviting. Diana the director is always present and always available. We see her each morning at drop off and pick up. We were hesitant to start school, but very impressed with every aspect of the building. The teachers have incredible tenure which is very important to us, and the environments are laid out beautifully. You can feel the love the moment you walk through the door.

The wait list was long but it was definitely worth it. We have both our kids enrolled and they love it here. Early education and development is taken seriously here. My wife has met with the admin team a few times while we were enrolling and she really enjoyed talking to Ms. Paola. We have both met with teachers and our kids love them. Ms. Angelica and Ms. Haleema are so warm and have a heart for children. Our daughter is getting ahead on motor skills and our son talks constantly about his friends and what work they did. Making education fun is a hard thing to balance but his teacher has nailed it. The only thing we would change about the school is to take older kids so we wouldn't have to leave in a few years.

Could not be more grateful / happy we chose Colleyville Montessori for our boy! Going back to work following maternity leave was so incredibly hard but the staff at the school are beyond outstanding and made the transition bearable. Keeping us up to date on he was doing, working with us when we had to do nebuilizer treatments for awhile (baby asthma), and truly providing a second SAFE home for our kiddo while we work has been such a blessing. Even better is the ability to prop up my phone and watch him play all day while working - he has so much fun! Watching the teachers treat all the kids like their own means the world and soso grateful we were able to enroll him here for his daycare journey.

Ms. Diana and Ms. Abby run a great quality Montessori School. When I pick up my nieces I can tell it is a safe, nurturing environment, with well-educated, consistent caregivers. Ms Francis who is there in the evenings provides stimulating, age-appropriate activities and she has strong communication regarding their day whenever I arrive. If you are looking for quality care that follow true Montessori practices in Colleyville this is the place to be.
