Wildly unprofessional. I spoke with the teacher there several times, set up a tour appointment, that she then said needed to be earlier impossible for me to make. I called next day to get ppwk, no answer. Then finally got a hold of th facility and they filled the spot. With no communication, nothing. Completely unprofessional and now I'm scrambling for no other reason than thier lack of communication. Dodged a bullet because if this is how they function and communicate I am glad my son is not going there. However this has absolutely cost me time and money unnecessarily.

My son was extremely sick after attending 3 days. Trying to be a good customer I paid the $150 enrollment fee even though I was told I could pay $75 at a time. I took 5 packages of wipes and 2 boxes of tissue as requested also. I asked what the enrollment fee was actually paying for & I was told it was to hold his spot. We didn’t hold his spot. I signed up Monday & started Monday. Runny noses all over the place that were not being cleaned. My entire household of 4 got a stomach virus & bacterial infection in the eyes. I lost my job, and my husband had to take a sick day. My son attended 3.5 days for $350+cost of supplies. Owner did not even consider refunding $150 or even $100. Uncaring business owners when it comes to customers that tried to do everything right upfront.

My son went here for a few months, we ultimately decided to pull him because we were not ok with the food he was getting there. We are trying to clean up out diets at home - dye free and whole ingredient foods. So we left for personal reasons. On his last day they sent him home with a popcorn art project. He is 2. I am SHOCKED. How could they not know that popcorn is a major choking hazard for toddlers?

Our child was given prunes for constipation and even had it aetup with her doctor that this would cause loose stools. I was called to pick up my child and haven't been back since. They can even keep the clothes or other assortment of baby items. This isn't the first time either. I was called right after she had a shot because she was running a fever from the shot. Tbey lost my $20 meds. Things always came up "missing". I sent clothes to the school yet they would throw her into something 20xs to big. Why put her in another set of clothes when she has her own in her own special laundry detergent and lotion on them. We were stuck in a tornado warning and this kid has snot all the way to the floor just putting it on me and the teachers did nothing like no big deal. What a joke!

To start off with. I am not one to usually leave negative reviews. But with this facility it is a must. I have to warn all parents taking your children here, be very cautious. To start off with, the turnover rate at this facility is ridiculously high. They hire anyone who walks through the door. There were about 4 women in the facility that I felt wholeheartedly loved these children. One being at the front desk, two in the infants room, and one toddler teacher. All the rest of the staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and just plain unprofessional. I had multiple incidents happen while my 3 year old and infant were in the daycare. From being bit without a teachers knowledge, and scolded my child for biting him back. When I brought it to the teachers attention the next morning that my son a very LARGE bruise with bite marks on his chest. She once again scolded him for not telling her that the other child did such a thing. Another instance a bookshelf that was not properly mounted either to the wall or floor fell and hit my son on the head. Which they casually let me know when picking him up that an accident occurred but he seemed alright. Another incident was my.last one I could handle and I had a noticed that evening that his little fingernail on his left thumb and right index finger were 85% completely torn and ripped away from the bedding of his fingernail. When I asked him what happened he just said it happened at school. I asked him if he cried and he responded yes, but no one gave him bandaids. This was on a Friday. That next monday I was called by facility and told my infant son who is just now learning to sit up, has fallen over while in the sitting position and scratched his head. But he didnt even cry and they just was giving me a courtesy call. When I went to pick my sons up, my infant not only had a scratch but had a goose egg bump on the top of his head. Not the side, front or back of head, where you imagine he would've hit by falling over from a sitting position. When I questioned the man named Virgil about these incidents, I never got an apology and was told pretty much every excuse in the book. I also asked about the cameras on the walls and was told matter of factly "who would record children" with a disgusted look on his face. He said we do not record our children here. He also then stated that my sons fingernails were perfectly fine nothing was wrong with them, as he raised his voice to me and talked over me the entire time. I am beyond appalled at this daycare and immediately pulled my kids out of this place. The 4 women I encountered every day though, if I could rate them alone I would give them 5 stars. As far as the rest of the staff, facility, and all that business involves. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. I have now moved my children to another daycare to not only find that other parents have moved their children to this place also as well as teachers from the colemans academy bc of the complete lack of care towards the children, bickering amongst employees which I overheard constantly during pick up and drop off times. I really hope this will help anyone who is second guessing if their child is not being tended to while at this place or if your wanting a review to place your child here in the future. I am also making formal complaints to right departments about my concerns, I just wanted this to be public in case fellow parents didnt know how to access the correct documentations to this daycare service.
