Was told at the beginning of the school year that if we had a certain route number that we had to contact the bus barn, okay cool.. contact the bus barn and they give us the Bus Driver‘s number to figure out what time she will be at our house.. she texted me and told me 6:30-6:45am Now tell me why it went from that to 6:18 and now 6:14? We’ve missed the bus once and then almost missed it today because we were told one thing and it’s actually another..so should we stand outside starting at 6:10am? Because some days she doesn’t come til 6:40 (which is rare) but then we are standing outside for 30 mins… this just isn’t gonna do when it gets colder outside, something needs to change, communication needs to be better

One of the worst school districts I have ever dealt with. They've pulled my daughter out of class and lunch for wearing sweat pants on a cold day. They have taken both my boys off school grounds to walk to a local park without letting us know (the week of the Uvalde school shooting). Next strike will result in legal action.
Bus transportation and school system does not review complaints from parents but are quick to respond to complaints coming from staff about parents or children.
All employees were very helpful and polite . It was a successful visit.
