I eventually withdrew my children from this school due to concerns with how communication and parent interaction were handled at the front office. My children are well-behaved and never had behavioral issues, and I always approached conversations respectfully. However, the administrative experience made it difficult to continue. Pros: • Classwork, assignments, and projects are sent home regularly • Communication through the ClassDojo app • Breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided • Reasonable drop-off and pick-up times • Ms. Leidy, was a doll, but unfortunately overshadowed because interactions weren’t really permissible Cons: • Front office staff frequently engaged in gossip • Parents are not allowed to speak directly with teachers • Staff often interfered with how I chose to handle matters with my child (who had no discipline concerns) • Communication and tone felt condescending • Outside lunch was not permitted (unless it was fruit), yet candy was allowed during class parties • I was asked to bring cupcakes without frosting for a birthday, which I was fine with, but other parents were allowed to bring them as they pleased • My child was given a loaner school shirt to wear—with “SCHOOL” written in large bold letters—without my request, and I was then asked to take it home and wash it. In short, I believe every school has strengths and challenges, but my experience with the front office staff (Ms. Minnie and Gabby) ultimately made it difficult to remain. While it may work well for some families, it simply wasn’t the right environment for ours.

After searching for a daycare for quite a while, I found Coconut Creek Academy 9 years ago, and from the moment Ms. Gaby, the owner, gave me a personal tour, I knew I didn’t need to look any further. The daycare is not only clean and well-organized but also has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The teachers are communicative, responsible, and genuinely care about the children's well-being. The curriculum is top-notch and thoughtfully designed to ensure that the children are not just cared for but truly prepared for success in Kindergarten and beyond. I’ve had two kids attend Coconut Creek Academy, with an 8-year age gap between them, and the quality of education has been consistently excellent throughout the years. Every day, my kids were excited to attend, eager to learn, play, and grow. The enthusiasm and motivation they had for school, thanks to the strong foundation they received at the academy, speaks volumes about the exceptional care and education they’ve received. Coconut creek Academy is a great daycare! They are clean and great with the kids! They are great at communicating with you about your little one because they know how important it is. Coconut creek academy is not only a daycare but a place where your child can go every week and learn, have fun, and grow and play with their peers. Give them a try if you’re looking for a good place to take your little one, they offer tours to make sure it’s right for you!

My daughter went to Coconut Creek Academy since she was 1 year old and it was the best decision I ever made. The teachers are like second moms to these kids. My daughter knew Spanish words before she was 3 years old, could add numbers, spell her name and read. Ms Gabby, Ms. Minnie and all the other teachers I could not thank you enough. My daughter still talk about how she misses her old school. I would recommend this school to any parent, your kids will be safe and well taken care of.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention our children receives at Coconut Creek Academy! The staff is warm, nurturing, and truly invested in every child’s growth and happiness.
