Super clean gym with all the equipment you would need! Tvs to keep you entertained when your dog ate your headphones. Quiet and not busy so it feels like you have the whole gym to yourself most days. Sauna downstairs no men allowed in it so it feels super reserved and safe. Although I like the shared ones because I come w my husband. Just looking out for the girls lol. 💜
Not the best YMCA I've been in but it gets the job done.. They have a full set of workout equipment.. Treadmills/Bikes/Ellipticals/etc. Plenty of free weights. There's even a sauna downstairs. Most of the staff is helpful.
I visited today as an away member from Columbus. It was very clean and all the machines were well taken care of and operational. The staff was super friendly and everyone was very friendly.
It's terrible that you have to go to two different places to do your workouts. The facility on woodland avenue when is it going to get an upgrade? I've been spoiled since I moved to Oroville with their facility is so clean and everyone's willing to help you all new equipment looks like or seems.
I’ve been a member here for 8 years. I love it. It’s safe & comfortable here. The staff- for the most part, are friendly. I haven’t had any issues at all. Nothing worth noting, anyway. It’s clean. & My kids also enjoy being apart of the ymca community here as well. Im not sure why there are bad reviews, when I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. There have been a few times when I had to “freeze” my account & it was a non issue for them or myself. It may be an older building, but they’ve been renovating here/there the last few years. It’s been coming along great. I appreciate the staff here. The babysitters are wonderful as well. No complaints from my kiddo. I def recommend!
