This establishment does not get enough recognition for the things that they offer. Prior to enrolling my child here I was welcomed to walk through the classroom and was given the opportunity to meet all of the staff that would potentially be working with my child. The environment was warm and welcoming. We decided to send our child here and our experience was smooth. The staff is understanding to my child’s needs I am so grateful that we picked them. It’s a lot of competition when it comes to a childcare and as a parent There is no better feeling than dropping your child off to somebody that you know is going to protect your child. If I had to choose again, I would still pick them. My child is excited to go everyday and that is a good feeling.
Club fed is such a great school. I transferred my son when he was 2 1/2 and he has developed tremendously. He loves his school and his vocabulary is becoming more impressive by the day. If I had any concerns ms victory always made me felt heard and it was taken care of. As a women of color this is important to me that I know I am heard , that I can go have my concerns straightened out and that my son is taken care. Club fed will always be family to us.
My daughter went here for daycare then preK then the afterschool program. My daughter thrived while attending this program. My daughter loved the staff and it was a good feeling to drop my daughter off knowing she was going to be in the care of a program and people that genuinely made her feel safe and happy. My daughter no longer attends due to our relocation. It makes me sad that more places like this do not exist. Thank You club fed for all the great things that you bring to Albany ♥️
My 5 year old went there when she was about 2-3yrs old and I thought the facility was clean and organized. The communication was great! I was impressed on how well my child was treated here. Highly recommend!
My child would be crying most days when I was picking him up. He told me that one of his teachers squeezes his arm. I tried bringing my concerns to the staff. They disregarded and dismissed me. I started recording while picking him up, so when I asked my child what was wrong, I can show the Victory. She once again didn't want to hear my concerns and was upset that I had been recording pickups. She them sent me an email that it would be my child's last day. Any staff member that is uninterested and aggravated that I was recording my child crying during pickup from a teacher squeezing his arm leaving marks is highly questionable. especially after it was brought to their attention and they told me that I was making false accusations. This is what led me to start recording.
