Close To Home Child Care & Learning Center

I don’t recommend this daycare. The owner is irresponsible and rude and the staff isn’t trained properly. My child wasn’t fed for the day. At pick up they gave me all the milk back I had sent with my baby. They did not follow the meal instructions for my child. My child clothes came up missing weekly and they don’t watch the babies closely enough because my child would come up scratched up as if a cat did it . And when something was said they had every excuse in the book as to why they had bigger and older babies sitting next to infants and know that the babies are hitting and scratching aggressively. I wish the older lady at the front desk was the owner she is the best. And the name keeps changing when she gets reported close to home, close to home 2 and kidversity.

Wasn’t the most friendly or inviting over the phone. Pretty much just asked how I planned on paying. Didn’t Schedule tours it was more so just come when you want which was different… it such a hard decision for a parent to leave their child with strangers throughout the day so at the very least I was expecting a more warm and reassuring first encounter. Possibly a good childcare center. I just wasn’t feeling a good vibe over the phone.

They work with my son who can be somewhat challenging but he loves this daycare. I have no complaints
