Clinton County Head Start

Extremely unprofessional, does not supervise children. Long story short I had to un enroll my child for their safety. This school shouldn’t be open and running with children inside. Bathroom stalls do not have locks.

Great apartments, great management. They can help with other services like a monthly food box and getting you signed up for pipp/heap. They make you feel welcome and don't look down on you for needing some assistance when life gets you down. Very great people who work here, very friendly and nice.

This has been one of the worst places that I’ve ever stayed. Not because of the apartment itself, but because of terrible management! I have never had a late payment, and have followed any rules they have had. There would be a new letter posted to each door almost every week with new policies. Honestly felt as though they were making things up! I have been treated horribly here! I would go anywhere else for an apartment, these are not worth dealing with the idiocy that I’ve dealt with. I am thankful that I had a place to stay while I was bettering myself and finally just purchased my own home, but if I had known it was this difficult here I would have looked elsewhere two years ago! If you do decide to go for it anyway, good luck dealing with Jane. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Communication could be better in areas. Some of the staff seems friendly, over all their pkace is needed for our community and is helpful.
