Cleveland Child Care INC (Gilbert)

I highly recommend Cleveland Childcare. I read the negative review below and wanted to share my opinion and experience as a mother who has two kids enrolled. A school ager (summer camp and school breaks) and a toddler (who has been attending since he was an infant). In the morning, if you drop off soon after they open, the kids are all in one area until they are closer to ratio and the teachers then move the kids into their individual classes. That portion of the day is usually 30 minutes to an hourish. I would assume this is the 10% of time that they were speaking about where a toddler may be in the same room. I trust the staff and they keep good communication, especially when any concern is raised. Ex: toddlers biting. When this issue arose they set up different stations for additional space and got chew necklaces. The staff treats each other like family and care for my kids like family. My 2 year old talks about his friends all the time at home and loves his teachers. Also at pick up I see cleaners there everyday. I have never had an issue with the buildings cleanliness. It's a bummer that a mom didn't have the same experience that I have had. But I felt like for anyone considering enrolling and reading these reviews, it was important to hear from a mother who feels blessed to be a member of the CCC community.

When I was looking for Childcare for my daughter I came across this place and The first thing I read was the bad review. I still decided to enroll my daughter and it's the best decision I have ever made. From the teachers to the director of Cleveland Childcare they are ALL AMAZING. My daughter has some issues and they work with her, they are so attentive and patient with her. My daughter always is excited to go to her Child Care (school as we call it) and that speaks volumes. Thank You so much Staff!!!! ALL OF YOU ROCK!!!

I don't recommend this child care for no one this is how they sent my son's stuff to my house very ignorant owner they could have at least cleaned it but they sent it to me dirty like how they're building is dirty If you want your baby to be 100% safe and not 90% safe 10% unsure don't put your baby in the daycare don't like it pick my baby up and he had a mouth full of hair from a toddler I asked them to keep the toddlers away from my baby and they told me they can only 90% keep the preschoolers away from my baby my baby is only 7 months no preschooler to be in my baby face at all. Especially with the kids being sick He's only 7 months then they turned around and kick my baby out and mail his clothes to my house because they cannot give me what I'm asking for also they pay for reviews they pay $20 for a review the equipment not updated it's all old it's people in and out of that building you never know who's coming in and out I would never put my baby back in this daycare or recommend it to anyone

Cleveland Child Care is a great child care center, my niece has been going there for 3 years and she’s loves it. The teachers are amazing and they follow a meaningful curriculum. I highly recommend! P.S. they have a beautiful garden outside that the children grow (fruits and vegetables) in the summer time.
